The weather today has been abysmal with heavy grey skies and nothing in the way of sunshine. We had a lazy start to the day and Sophie went into the conservatory to do some work on her assignment. After picking up the papers and dropping one off at Mum and Dad's Keith and I went home where I made a batch of muffins.
In the afternoon Sophie and I went over to collect Mum and Dad and bring them back for a cup of tea. Maureen at work had brought me a box of Mexican biscuits home from her holiday so I put these out with the muffins.
We had a good chat and the kids were about for once! Outside, the weather hadn't improved at all and when we took Mum and Dad home it was dark by 4pm. Horrible!
