Almost Easter!

Keith had an appointment at the hospital this morning to see the consultant, so we left home at 8am and arrived in good time. The consultant has asked him to return for another scan in about two weeks and I'm just glad we're going to get it sorted out.

On the way home we called into the Weston Favell Centre and over a cup of tea and a pastry we looked at the afternoon racing in Chepstow and picked out some horses as we have a couple of free bets from Ladbroke's from last week.

Back home we quickly did the menu for the weekend as Keith and I are off tomorrow to the North-East for a few days. We just wanted to shop for food until Monday and after dropping Sophie off at uni we drove over to Kettering. On the way we called to see Mum and Dad who were busy sorting out the house and trying to figure out where to put things! Mum and Dad promised to call in and see the kids at some point over the weekend and said they were just minutes away if needed.

Shopping was a little stressful today as a few children seemed to be off school (Mike included) and it was much busier than normal. As we didn't have much to get it didn't take us too long, thank goodness!
