It's half-term this week and we were expecting to be very busy... and we were! It was mainly for the first hour, though, and of course, the majority of the calls were about booking swimming sessions. I really had thought that we wouldn't need to do this anymore, but it looks like it's here to stay. I dread to think how we'll all be after the long summer holidays! Ready to scream probably!
It was heaven to get out at 4pm and go home to a quiet house. The noise today and some of the calls had my ears ringing!
Sophie cooked dinner this evening - very garlicky chicken with roasted new potatoes and vegetables. We all decided to go out tomorrow evening for a treat! Keith's numerous £1 each way bets on horse racing have accumulated a little fund so he's taking us out!
