Today, thankfully, has been a better day and Keith and I managed to get a lot done at work. The lady who looks after Reception for us at the weekend came in to cover until 2.30pm and then it was down to Sophie and I to carry on until we closed at 6pm.
It was a long day but after giving Polly a lift home, Sophie and I popped to Boots at Riverside so my daughter could get some new make-up and then it was off to feed Mum and Dad's fish before finally getting home at 7pm. I was back out again ten minutes later to take Mikey to Army Cadets! Our relaxing weekend away is just a distant memory now!
