Yesterday afternoon, when Mike arrived home from school I asked him and Sophie to sort out his wardrobe in readiness for Berlin. We're going shopping for some clothes on Thursday but before we go I wanted to sort out what he had and what he needs.
Before they looked in his wardrobe Keith took out some of his old shirts and Mike has purloined most of them, saying the look is now "retro"!! With Sophie helping he tried on a sheepskin coat of Keith's that he bought at least 28 years ago and which looks great teamed with his skinny jeans and a shirt and tee-shirt. He also nabbed Keith's suede bomber jacket which also looks brilliant and which he said he'll wear on Thursday to go shopping.
Very soon we had a pile of clothes waiting to be refreshed in the washing machine and then ironed. It also gave Keith a chance to have a good look at his wardrobe as he has so many clothes stuffed in there, leaving not much room for my clothes!
