Today has been very quiet as both children have been out all day and Keith went to a football match in the afternoon which meant I had a couple of hours to myself!
I wrapped some presents and just pottered about the house doing very little, which was lovely. After Keith had gone off to see his team play I had a lovely soak in the bath and then just sat in my blissfully quiet house!
We picked up both children in the evening, went and ordered a Chinese takeaway and then dropped Sophie and Mike off at home before going to the pub for a quick drink. The pub became very busy with a couple of large groups arriving to eat and there was a great festive atmosphere. It's hard to believe that in a couple of weeks it will all be over!
