This evening, Mum, Dad and I went to visit Ginny and Phillip who run another play centre in Northampton to discuss the opening of a rival establishment that is certainly ruffling our feathers! We had a bit of difficulty finding their house in a village on the edge of Northampton, but when we arrived we were impressed with how large and beautiful it was! They're obviously doing well!
Over a glass of wine we had a good chat about what we could do and we discovered that they're going to have to find another 10 spaces to satisfy the Planners and that they're also going to have to contribute £20,000 to the "infrastructure", i.e. building a cycle path from the local houses. We all think, however, that it will get approval so the next few months will be very interesting indeed!
