Saturday 15 May

Today was lovely - very relaxed and indulgent. I woke up very late and then Keith and I pottered about the garden in the morning and moved a few plants. I must say I'm loving the garden at the moment. Everything is looking lovely and in the lurrvvvve seat we are completely hidden which is great. We sat down there with a cup of coffee and it was heaven.

Early evening we drove down to the pub for a quick drink while the children stayed at home. As always, there was a lovely atmosphere as some of the locals were in and there was a lot of banter with Ian, the Landlord. We've been going there 22 years now so we have lots of memories. Ian told us he'd been in for 8 years as we couldn't remember - the years have flown by!
