Interesting times

We certainly live in interesting times and 2010 is shaping up to be an unusual year already. I awoke this morning to predictions of a Hung Parliament with the Conservatives having the majority of seats but not as much of a majority as they need to form a parliament. By the time I was preparing to leave work, David Cameron was discussing a coalition with the Lib Dems so the next few days will be very interesting indeed!

Sue came around for a drink tonight and brought a tray of goodies with her which was wonderful. We had raw carrots and peppers, olives, feta cheese and two dips. They went very well with the lime and chutney poppadums I bought in Tesco. We had a good chat as always and put the world to rights!
