Work passed in a blur of emails, and I also managed to put some playscheme places onto the system and a handful of new films. Friday flew!
Keith wasn't out this evening, so he was an honorary member of the Wine Night Club, but he wisely stayed out of the way as Sophie and I indulged in nibbles and glasses of wine. We watched a couple of episodes of Come Dine With Me and enjoyed a simple dinner of jacket potatoes, toppings and salad.
Sophie had managed to get tickets this morning to see Ben Howard in Berlin, as part of the 10th Anniversary tour. We had been to see him in 2014 so we couldn't let this opportunity slip by, could we? We'll book two nights at our usual hotel and flights with British Airways! Something to look forward to in November! The Christmas markets won't be up and running, but it'll be wonderful to go back to our favourite city! Keith is coming with us but he'll have to amuse himself when we go and see the concert.
We actually stayed up later than normal tonight - past 10pm! - and watched an episode of Top of the Pops, which brought back a lot of memories for me as it was from 1984!
