Yesterday I had a baking day and made two lots of muffins - chocolate chip and chocolate - and a Pineapple Upside Down cake, as we had an opened tin of pineapples in the fridge left over from when we had a gammon joint earlier in the week.
The Pineapple cake turned out really well and went down very nicely with cream! I'll definitely be making that again!
Sunday was a lazy day, although I did manage to tidy up the front garden (I didn't cut the grass as it was a bit wet and I was scared of cutting the cable again!) and do some ironing. Unfortunately I was in one of those moods when I knew I should have been doing something, but didn't feel like doing anything so therefore I felt guilty!
