I was very glad when today arrived as it's the last day (for a while at least) that Sophie and I have to stay late. We were at work until 5.30pm and then it was off to rush home and collect Mikey who was going to be away all weekend at an Army Cadet camp.
He heaved his huge rucksack into the back of my car and we set off into town. He looked a bit nervous but when we arrived at the Barracks he met some of his mates so he looked a lot more cheerful!
Sophie and I dashed back home to get the dinner started and then it was time to collect Keith from the pub! Roll on the weekend!
