Today has been yet another beautiful day and this dry and sunny weather is set to continue for a while yet.
We had to do the cleaning at work today as Jeanette was off on holiday (her son was married on Saturday) but as we had all day to do it, there was no rush. After work I drove home to collect Sophie and we went off to the gym. I managed about 40 minutes of exercise but I'm going to have to increase my time on the cross-trainer as I love being able to do this for a good 20 minutes!
After our workout we headed for the spa to relax, which was bliss. Liam popped in to go to the sauna and on the way he said hello. He told me he wanted to go back to Florida so it sounds like he's missing the place as much as I am!
