The news was full of the air pollution that's currently affecting the UK at the moment. The weather was certainly grey and murky and not very nice at all!
We were busy at work again first thing with a big group of childminders coming in. We always seem to get busy just before a school holiday, as if all the parents or carers with small children come in and make the most of the relatively calmer time before the older kids descend. We have two weeks of holidays coming up and it will be interesting to see how busy we'll be over Easter. It all depends on the weather!
After work it was off to the gym with Sophie and her friend Laura. The girls did a long workout and were only just going down to the spa as I was getting dressed. It gave me an opportunity to sit and have a coffee (decaffeinated!) in the cafe and watch all the comings and goings in the pool!
