Today Keith managed to cut some of the grass at work before the heavens opened! We had lots more rain and this evening, as we were sitting in the conservatory, we had torrential rain for ages! It just went on and on and the road outside was beginning to flood as the drains couldn't cope. It's been more like April than June today!
We think that the lease may be all settled now - we had a copy arrive in the post this morning and they seem to have backed down on all the things that we were in disagreement with so that's good news. Maybe at last we can start some planning!
