Keith's daughter from his previous marriage visited today with her husband Neil and their five year old daughter who was a real bundle of energy!
Faye hadn't seen us for quite a while so she was very shy at first, but she soon came out of her shell and played with the cats (who weren't at all sure about her!) and really hit it off with her Aunt Sophie. Neil used to be in the Army so he showed Mikey how to shape his cap a bit more, gave him tips for lacing his boots and then went out into the conservatory with him to see him lift his weights.
It was a great afternoon and really lovely to catch up with the side of the family we don't see that often!
