Sunday was a funny day - the weather was overcast but hot and sultry and I wished fervently that we could have a big storm to lighten the atmosphere. Keith and I went out for a walk early and had a great mooch over the fields. We saw what we thought was a buzzard in the distance and several rabbits. Good job we didn't have Max with us!
Keith and Sophie made a delicious banana cake in the afternoon and Mum and Dad came over for dinner in the evening. We ate beef casserole with dumplings and Dad made us a very rich and gooey cheesecake for dessert. What with that and the couple of bottles of red we drank with dinner I need to get back on track tomorrow!
