A very relaxing day today which was lovely. Keith went to a pub in Northampton to meet his ex-workmates at lunchtime which meant I had some time on my own at last. I indulged in a couple of cookery programmes (one based in Cyprus immediately made me wish I was there) and Come Dine with Me which was funny and a bit bitchy!
It was early evening by the time I received the call to go and pick Keith up, so leaving the children at home, I drove into Northampton and had a drink with him and his friends. Needlesss to say he was a bit merry and after I cooked dinner, he had a bit of a snooze that lasted all night!
