I was training on a new system for our swimming lessons and play scheme places, so that parents could log in online and book them without having to call us. The new system was very different to the one we currently use, and I think Stella, who was doing the training with me, had a few misgivings.
I was in Nicola's office until 3pm, and then I tried to catch up with emails in the time I had left. Keith came to collect me, and we drove home to relax. It had been quite an intensive day!
Sophie wanted to mark today as being single for one year, and had asked Keith to buy her Champagne in Aldi, as well as nibbles for a buffet-style supper. She arrived home just after us, and we drove to Mawsley to get Keith some beer. Why he hadn't bought any earlier when he went shopping, I have no idea!
Back home, Sophie and I played Scrabble with a glass of Champagne, and I beat her for once! It's not often I do that! We watched Hunted, enjoyed our delicious buffet and watched an hour of the Newcastle v Benfica game before retiring upstairs with Mooney. A relaxing end to a busy day!
