Another busy day!

Sophie didn't go to the gym this morning, because of a headache, so that was a worry. She looked a bit pale and said that she was going to cancel her evening out with Laura and postpone it until next week. We watched Grand Designs with a cup of coffee, so a lovely, relaxed start to the day.

Work was busy, as ever, and I tried to answer as many emails as I could. Sue and Vicki helped out with a lot of them, so that was a bonus. I had to change seats again, and I'll be glad when things return to normal!

At 2pm, Keith collected me and we drove to Tesco where I swapped my Mum's trousers for a smaller pair. I had lost the receipt, but with my Clubcard, they were able to find the item listed on my purchases, which was quite clever!

We drove to the care home and I sat with my parents for a while before returning home to do some housework. This week has sped past and I can't believe it's Friday again tomorrow!
