This week the weather has followed almost the same pattern every day - sunshine and blue skies first thing and then squally hail and sleet showers in the afternoon! There is no sign of it becoming warmer!
Now Sophie no longer has to attend uni we're not doing as much driving about, which is a relief. In the morning we drove over to Tesco to get dinner and called to see Mum on the way. Keith wanted to look at their new fireplace as Mum and Dad want him and Ian to go and sort out the electrics later in the week.
We bought chicken breasts in Tesco and made them into garlicky Kievs for dinner which were delicious. I'm so into cooking at the moment and Sophie and I are both enjoying Masterchef on the television. How they cope with the pressure is beyond me!
