To top it all off, on the way home we listened to two arias from Puccini which were part of the musical score of A Room With A View. The first, "Chi il bel sogno di doretta" from "La Rondine" makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up, it's so beautiful and is when the two characters in the film, played by Helena Bonham Carter and Julian Sands, first kiss. Sublime!

Simple pleasures!
The best part of today was when Sophie and I went off to photograph the fantastic sunset this evening. The sky was a rich pink with the clouds adding texture and tone (according to Sophie). We managed to catch the sun as it had just gone down and spent a good half hour taking photos of the trees outlined against the sky.
