Not homeward bound...

Keith was supposed to be coming home today but he phoned me this morning at work to say that his ankle was still swollen and that he had to have a scan to make sure he didn't have a blood clot...a bit alarming! However, he's had a problem with this ankle ever since we visited Florida last year so it would be good to get confirmation that everything is OK. However, I will be mightily glad when he is home as the car parking charges and extra diesel are playing havoc with my finances! This is one side of a hospital stay you tend to forget!

I went into see him in the evening after work and he seemed cheerful enough so it's fingers crossed he will be home tomorrow!
