As I was in yesterday I took today as holiday so that I could help Keith get ready for his hospital stay tomorrow. The weather today has been glorious with lots of sunshine and blue skies so after doing some quick shopping we returned home and had a late breakfast in the conservatory and soaked up the sunshine.
The rest of the morning was taken up with doing housework and in the afternoon we popped down to Homebase so I could buy some more violas which were only £1.50 for 30 plants! Bargain! I've put them all in pots near to the house so I can water them easily with the watering can...no hosepipes for us despite all the rain!
Sophie worked for us in the evening and then it was home to a roast chicken dinner, Keith's last supper as he said!
