Most of today was spent doing housework so it was back down to earth with a bump! I had a headache this morning which was probably due to mixing cava and white and red wines! I popped two tablets, had two cups of strong coffee and felt much better!

I worked in the house until 2pm and was really pleased with how the house looked afterwards. Keith prepared the vegetables for dinner for me as we're having roast pork and it's been ages since I cooked a Sunday roast!

In the afternoon Keith and I went for a slow walk around the estate and he really enjoyed getting out and enjoying the fresh air. It's been gloomy and grey again but at least it's been dry and next week is forecast to be hot and sunny...has summer arrived at last?
