Moany customers!

I was kept very busy at work today and managed to clear the 50-odd emails in the customer service inbox, send off the box office returns, and deal with lots of orders. I was able to come off the phone now and again as it wasn't too busy, thank goodness. 

From next week, customers and members will no longer need to book swimming sessions so three years of having to deal with them will be over. Of course, some members are not at all happy as it means that they will have to queue to get into the pool like they did pre-covid. We honestly can't win at times! Whatever we do, we will always have someone moaning about it!

At 4pm it was great to go home and chat with Keith over a cup of tea. We had planned to barbecue this evening, but as usual, the weather was not really suitable for cooking outside! However, he set the barbecue up on the driveway under the garage door and we hoped for the best!

I am now officially fed up with salad and new potatoes! I honestly don't think I can eat them again for a little while and tomorrow we've decided on chicken wrapped in parma ham with rice and roasted vegetables. Bring it on!

We watched Wimbledon again after dinner and I'm still no wiser as to who many of the players are!
