A Friday treat!

Today has been a busy one, as I was back answering calls, as well as dealing with the emails (Sara was taking minutes at a meeting) and trying to put the rest of the films onto the system. Some of the films had been changed, so I had to jiggle them about and put on two Walt Disney films - Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and Bambi. In my opinion, not the two best films to show to little children, even though they have U ratings!

As soon as Sophie arrived home, we cracked open the Champagne and put the nibbles in bowls. I had chosen chicken satay on sticks, stuffed cherry peppers, and cheese wrapped in Italian ham. Delicious! We've decided to do this once a month, as a treat. While we sipped the fizz and munched the nibbles, we watched an episode of Race Across The World, which was brilliant, as the contestants were in Brazil visiting the Iguazu Falls. They looked stunning!

Keith came home from having a beer with his mate, John, at the pub and we had dinner. The weather this evening has been horrible with dark grey skies and rain and the weekend is set to be the same. No sitting in the garden this weekend!

After dinner, we watched a scary documentary on Netflix about the Night Stalker in Los Angeles in 1985 who terrorised the neighbourhoods... horrible!
