Today has been a day for pottering about, making the most of the sunny weather and getting some jobs done in the garden that were long overdue.
It was lovely not to have to go anywhere and I managed to do most of the things that needed doing. Our front garden resembles a dust bowl as it's been so long since we've had a decent downpour of rain so it was just a case of strimming the verge and trying to get rid of some of the weeds that have grown whether it's damp or not!
We ended the day with a roast rather than the barbecue we should have had!
