Rain, rain, rain

Today has been a dreadful day - it's rained non-stop and it's also been on the chilly side. What's happened to our summer?

We took Sophie to work and then returned home where I spent most of the day in the conservatory. gazing out at the sodden garden and the grey skies and working on my assignment that I wanted to try and send off this week. I haven't heard from the Citizens Advice Bureau yet and can't make up my mind whether this is a good or bad thing!

In the evening we watched the last two episodes of The Disappearance which I think has been brilliant, especially with the twist at the end. Roll on the next Euro drama!
