Today it was my turn to be a sleepyhead, despite waking up at 6am! Both children slept in until lunchtime and I fell asleep on the sofa at 11am! Oh dear!
I had no energy to do anything today, but in the afternoon Keith and I managed to cut down all the straggly bushes at the front of the house so at least we did something! The weather was very pleasant indeed, with lots of sun and temperatures approaching 20 degrees! Spring has arrived!
Mum and Dad came around for a meal in the evening and we had a great chat about the holiday and what's been happening at work (we were very busy!). They were delighted with their presents and we had a delicious beef casserole with some vintage Rioja!
