For Christmas, Mikey had asked for a "onesie" but Keith and I honestly thought he was joking so we didn't buy him one! However, he kept on and on about it so today, Keith ordered him a Newcastle United onesie to keep him warm at night, and knowing Mikey, he probably won't take it off at all at the weekend!
It's been another cold day with more snow forecast at the end of the week. And there was me thinking we'd have a mild winter! Sophie had an Orthodontist appointment in the afternoon and my poor little girl went through more torture with new wires being put into her mouth and elastic bands! She was told to take the elastic bands out when she brushes her teeth or eats but she's refusing to wear them! To make matters even worse we popped over to the Opticians on the way back to work to get her the glasses she needs for reading and looking at computer screens. Poor thing!
After work we went off to the gym and Sophie was roped into a "Power Plate" class which she enjoyed, although the intense vibrations made her new braces rattle a bit!
