I'm just back from seeing some friends. It was a really good night and we had a laugh which is always good. We ordered Chinese takeaway and the woman whose house we were in made a fabulous Tiramisu which rounded off the meal very well, but made us all feel very stuffed!
I used to work with three of the women, but the fourth I'd never met before. She turned out to be good fun and it's always lovely to make new friends. There was lots of cackling and giggling and it was great to relax and have a natter.
There'll be more of the same tomorrow night when Sue pops over but I hope she doesn't expect a lavish meal...I might stretch to a bag or two of nibbles!
