We were without Jo at work today, and although there are no rules about isolating anymore with covid, I still don't think it's a good idea for people to mix when they have the virus. Denise was working at home but went onto the phones to help out, even though it wasn't too bad.
It was great to drive home at 4pm and look forward to a day off, although the plan for tomorrow is to give the house a deep clean!
We barbecued again this evening as the weather forecast was looking good, but would you believe it rained just as Keith was setting it up! He opted to stand on the drive again and managed to stay dry!
After dinner, Sophie and I watched a couple of episodes of Holidaying with Jane McDonald and this time she was in Orlando and Fort Lauderdale. Seeing the sunshine, the blue skies and the sea really lifted our spirits, something we definitely need at the moment!
