A quiet day.

Sophie couldn't go to the gym this morning as exercise was forbidden for a couple of days so she had a lovely lie-in while I set off for work at 7.30am. I saw her before I left and she was in a little bit of pain, but not as much as last night.

My shift passed very pleasantly and I did a lot of admin work. Denise came in today and went onto the phones for most of the time, so that meant I didn't have to. Great! It was lovely to leave at 2pm and head home where I caught up with writing my blog and pootled about.

Dinner was a delicious meal of chicken in a white wine sauce with dumplings. A quiet day after all the excitement of yesterday!
