I had a very busy morning at work doing the box office returns and another, urgent job for Sara which meant she took me off answering the phones. The time flew by, which was a real bonus and Keith came to pick me up. He'd had to give me a lift today as Sophie was using her car to go to work and we'd had an electrician in to fix the extractor fan lights in the family bathroom and our en-suite. After so long with them playing up it was lovely to see new fittings and a brand new light in the bathroom. For some reason, this had inexplicably stopped working for good a few days ago!
It was all finished when we arrived home and Mike even hoovered the house for us! Amazing! I dashed off to work and we had a much quieter session today. There were a few spots of rain during the session so we had to retreat inside and by 6pm all the children had gone home.
As Keith hadn't been shopping today, we went to get fish and chips for dinner and then it was time to relax. The weather today has been very disappointing with heavy grey skies and a lack of sun. Horrible!
