Tuesday was a very quiet day with little going on, apart from the usual work and taking Mike to Army Cadets, so not much to report at all, except for the terrible weather and the high winds that have blown us all about!
After work on Wednesday we priced up all the stuff we're planning to sell on Sunday. We have so much stuff! On the way home from work, we'd called in to see Mum and Dad who'd given us some clothes and some bits and pieces to sell.
Keith and I started a game of cards while Sophie wrote out the price stickers but I couldn't concentrate so we all helped out. We actually had a great time arguing about what prices to charge and then we started to fantasise about what we'd do with the money we received! I think this is what we decided:
£50....we'd have a McDonald's meal washed down with a bottle of Champagne
£100...we'd have a meal at Las Iguanas
£150....we'd go to The Han in Market Harborough and have a Chinese feast
£200....we'd have a day at the Races
£250...we'd go to France for the day
£300...we'd have a very indulgent weekend with lots of nice food and drink
£350....maybe a Michelin starred restaurant
£400...would go towards a city break
I personally think we'll be eating McDonald's but you never know...we can dream!
