Sue came around for a drink this evening and we had a great chat with some beautiful New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and lots of nibbles. As the Government has now recommended we all eat 7 (yes 7!!) portions of fruit and veg a day I prepared carrots, peppers (two kinds) and celery and served a very healthy bean and salsa dip. Sue brought some cheese with apricots in it and added a couple of bunch of grapes to the feast! I'm not sure whether the wine counts as one of the portions, but who cares?!
