First thing this morning I had a bit of a fuzzy head due to mixing red and white wines last night...oh, and the Black Velvet we all had before we started the Wine tasting!
I tidied the house again in the morning and in the afternoon Sophie and I went off to BHS to get my mum a voucher for Mother's Day. Home Sense, next door, was full of Spring colours and stuff for the garden but I managed to resist and we went home without spending too much money!
Mum and Dad came around for dinner in the evening and enjoyed our Coq au Vin very much. I served a beautiful dark red Portugese wine with it...well, we all needed the hair of the dog!
