Furious!

This morning we noticed that a section of the (brand new, only been up a week) cladding has been dented by a car. Well, actually we think that three cars have hit the cladding since it was put up as we have three separate dents, one of which we knew about last Friday. I had a good look at the CCTV and saw one of the culprits, a man in a black Audi who not only hit the building once, but reversed and went back for a second try! I only hope that he has a corresponding dent on his bumper, although I doubt it. It's made us absolutely furious that people can be so careless and we now have to invest more money in some metal railings to run parallel with the building otherwise our new cladding will have a series of dents in it and will look horrible.

All of us worked extremely hard today making the place look beautiful. Keith and I scrubbed and polished the floor while mum cleaned all the party rooms and dad put some new padded sections into the tots area which have certainly improved the look of the play area. When we finished it looked lovely and well worth all the effort.

But it makes me really mad when our customers don't appreciate it!
