When I got home from work Keith and I went for a walk. He was a bit reluctant at first as he'd already been for a walk in the morning, but I suppose my crestfallen face persuaded him. The weather was still grey and damp and the cloud cover so low it felt like we were walking under a layer of cotton wool. It was milder, though and we enjoyed the fresh air and the exercise and seeing the fields all neatly ploughed.
Back home we had a relaxing time in the conservatory with a drink and a game of cards, content in the knowledge we'd earned a wee tipple!
